At NextGen Technology, we strive to provide exceptional services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our products and services.

1. OpenClaw Managed Hosting

Setup Fee ($300)

The setup fee for OpenClaw Managed Hosting is non-refundable once work has commenced. This fee covers:

  • Initial server configuration and setup
  • AI agent deployment and customization
  • Integration with your channels (Discord, Slack, etc.)
  • CRM connections and initial training
  • Documentation and handover materials

If you cancel before work has begun (within 24 hours of payment), a full refund of the setup fee may be issued at our discretion.

First Month Free

Your first month of OpenClaw Managed Hosting is completely FREE. This trial period begins from the date your service is fully set up and delivered. No payment is required for this first month.

Monthly Subscription ($60/month)

After the first free month, the monthly subscription fee of $60 is charged in advance. Refunds for monthly fees are handled as follows:

  • Full refund if requested within 7 days of billing
  • Prorated refund if cancellation occurs mid-month after 7 days
  • No refund for partial months if cancellation is at period end

2. Custom Development Services

Project-Based Work

For custom AI development, application development, and other project-based services:

  • Before work begins: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
  • Within first week: 75% refund if minimal work has been completed
  • After first week: Refund based on percentage of incomplete work
  • After 50% completion: No refund available

Milestone Payments

For projects with milestone-based payments:

  • Completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Future milestone payments can be cancelled
  • Work in progress on current milestone will be prorated

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:

  • Service continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days in the current period (unless within 7 days)
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then securely deleted

4. Service Issues & Disruptions

If you experience significant service disruptions or downtime:

  • We will work to resolve issues promptly
  • Service credits may be issued for extended downtime (exceeding SLA)
  • Credits are applied to future billing and are not convertible to cash refunds
  • Refund requests due to service issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via the client portal or email at hello@nextgen-technology.cloud
  2. Include your account email and order/invoice number
  3. Provide a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request
  4. Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Setup and configuration fees once work has begun
  • Consultation and advisory services already rendered
  • Third-party service fees (domains, hosting, API costs)
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted
  • Training and documentation services completed

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:

  • Contact our support team to discuss your concerns
  • Escalate to management if needed
  • We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly
  • Legal action should be considered a last resort

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
